SPIRE AIMS

The SPIRE project involves all of the residents of Horninghold.

We are seeking to raise funds principally for the Restoration and ongoing maintenance of our church St Peter's.

The aims of SPIRE are:

A] To raise funds, through. Village events, donations and Grants etc.
for the purpose of:
(i) Restoring the fabric of St Peter’s Church to a maintainable standard.
(ii) Providing long term maintenance funds for St Peter’s Church.
(ii) Thereafter, with any surplus, to fund, partially or fully, activities to the benefit of
the community in Horninghold.

B] To strengthen the community in Horninghold, especially by cooperative activity and events.

C) To encourage the suitable use of the Church building, especially for worship and services, but also for village-related activities.
